Accolade Acquires Aluprof's Custom-Built Warehouse Facility in Poland
Accolade, a European investment group focused on sustainable industrial infrastructure, has announced the acquisition of the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I facility. This built-to-suit warehouse, spanning approximately 20,000 square meters, is fully leased to Aluprof, a leading manufacturer of aluminium systems in Poland.
The facility, which is BREEAM Very Good certified, was tailored to meet Aluprof's functional and technological specifications, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and a modern working environment. The building also caters to Aluprof's core operational needs, including warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics.
Aluprof, part of Grupa Kęty S.A., employs almost 3,000 people and has production facilities in Poland and abroad. The company operates across over 50 markets worldwide and is one of Europe's leading suppliers of aluminium systems for windows, doors, facades, roller shutters, and sunshades.
The seller, 7R, was advised by the Polish law firm SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska, while Accolade and Conseq, the acquiring investors, were advised by the international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright.
