Wavenet Becomes UK's Largest Independent IT Managed Services Provider After Merger

Wavenet has made significant strides in the UK's IT managed services sector, culminating in a merger with Daisy Corporate Services (DCS) in May 2023. This strategic move has positioned Wavenet as the UK's largest independent IT managed services provider (MSP).

The combined business now supports over 22,000 organisations, offering a wide range of solutions including cloud communications, cybersecurity, and connectivity. To better serve its top customers, Wavenet has launched an Executive Sponsor programme, providing dedicated senior management support to its top 250 clients.

Following the merger, Wavenet can now cater to businesses of all sizes, offering tailored solutions that seamlessly integrate across diverse platforms. Philip Grannum, the former CEO of Wavenet, was appointed to lead the newly formed MSP behemoth in July 2023. In a bid to enhance customer service, Wavenet has invested in a new contact centre and adopted advanced platforms like ServiceNow.

The merger of Wavenet and DCS has created a significant player in the UK's IT managed services sector. With its expanded capabilities and commitment to customer service, the new Wavenet is well-positioned to support a wide range of organisations and help them navigate the complex digital landscape.
