VRM Appoints Mareike Woll to Lead New Transformation Division
VRM, publisher of newspapers like 'Allgemeine Zeitung', 'Wiesbadener Kurier', and 'Darmstädter Echo', has appointed Mareike Woll to lead a new Transformation division. The 31-year-old, who previously served as Chief Transformation Officer, takes on this role effective October 1, 2025.
Mareike Woll brings extensive experience to her new position. She has been with VRM since 2014 and has impressed CEO Joachim Liebler with her leadership skills. In her new role, Woll will focus on strategic development, innovation, organizational development, project management, and guiding the strategic direction of artificial intelligence. She will also serve on the management board.
The new Transformation division aims to strengthen VRM's strategic development and innovation. It will work alongside existing services such as advertising papers, printing and logistics services, and the agency network Ryze Digital. The goal is to effectively implement strategic initiatives and future-proof the organization.
