Transportation to Schnadegang via bus services
In the small town of Wickede (Ruhr), the local Schnadegang event is a much-anticipated tradition. Organised by the local municipality, this communal boundary patrol is an integral part of the town's heritage. However, this year, there are some changes to the bus schedule on Saturday, September 20th, due to road closures.
The Culture Office, responsible for the organisation of the Schnadegang, has made these short-notice adjustments to ensure the safety and smooth running of the event. The "Lendringsen Sparkasse" bus stop will not be served on this day, as road closures will make it inaccessible.
For Schnadegang participants from Böspende, the "Church" stop at Pfarrer-Wiggen-Straße has been designated as an alternative. The Culture Office acknowledges the inconvenience caused by these changes and asks participants to understand and accommodate them in their travel plans.
Similarly, an alternative stop for participants at Meierfrankenfeldstraße/Corner Walzweg has been established. Those who were planning to use the Nikolaus-Groß-Schule bus stop in Böspende should be aware that it will not be accessible on September 20th.
The bus schedule adjustments have been communicated by the Culture Office to ensure that all participants are kept informed. The Schnadegang on Saturday, September 20th, will not serve the "Lendringsen Sparkasse" bus stop, and participants are advised to plan their journeys accordingly.
The Culture Office encourages everyone to respect these changes and enjoy the Schnadegang event safely. The Schnadegang is a cherished tradition, and with everyone's cooperation, it will continue to be a memorable occasion for all involved.
