We are excited to announce a new 2-year trainee position in the Process Management department of our company. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into strategic topics, including the introduction of new innovative technologies and processes.

Job Description

As a Trainee Process and Project Management, you will support senior project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities. Your duties will include assisting in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation, tracking project progress, and helping prepare reports and diagrams to map project status. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives under the guidance of experienced managers.

In addition, you will manage test cases or develop training materials and media. Moreover, you will share responsibility for the implementation of innovative solutions in the digital process world and accompany the evaluation and implementation of process standards.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Technology, or related areas. Basic knowledge of project management principles and tools is essential, as is a familiarity with Microsoft Office and possibly project management software.

Strong organisational and communication skills are necessary, as is a willingness to learn, attend training sessions, and grow into a full project management role. Some companies may require certifications like PMP or offer industry-recognised training such as PRINCE2 for advancement.
