Tower Resources Launches Till Gold-Grain Survey at Rabbit North, BC
Tower Resources Ltd. (TSXV: TWR, OTC:TWRFF) has initiated a comprehensive 70-sample till gold-grain survey at its Rabbit North property in Kamloops, BC. The survey, overseen by Stuart Averill, P.Geo., aims to guide the company's upcoming diamond drilling program.
The till survey, conducted by Overburden Drilling Management Limited, targets the eastern 600 m of the Dominic Lake gold-grain dispersal train. It aims to infill the gap between the sampled portion of the Dominic Lake Train and the Blue Sky zone, potentially revealing significant gold zones. The survey is expected to deliver results within three weeks.
Potential gold grain sources include the eastern extension of the Lightning shear trend and the Durand Stock diorite, which hosts the eastern extension of the Blue Sky zone. If necessary, initial drill holes will be placed near the Blue Sky Zone pending sufficient gold grain results. Tower's previous till gold-grain surveys have proven successful, with a 50% drill hole 'hit' rate of significant Au mineralization at Rabbit North.
The current till gold-grain survey at Tower Resources Ltd.'s Rabbit North property seeks to identify new gold mineralization targets between the Lightning and Blue Sky zones. Results from this survey will guide the company's upcoming diamond drilling program, potentially leading to the discovery of new gold deposits in the area.
