Tesla's Q3 2025 Delivery Numbers Set to Impress Despite Early Concerns
Tesla is set to announce its Q3 2025 production and delivery numbers on October 2, 2025. While some analysts predict a decrease compared to Q3 2024, others anticipate a record-breaking quarter on the NASDAQ TSLA.
Initial estimates suggested a significant drop in Tesla's electric vehicle deliveries for Q3 2025. However, analysts later revised their forecasts to around 443,000 sales, a 5% decrease from Q3 2024. Despite this, several analyses still expect an increase in Tesla stock sales for the quarter, with one predicting a new record.
Dan Ives of Wedbush Securities is bullish, predicting around 500,000 Tesla deliveries for Q3 2025, which would indeed be a new record. Meanwhile, Gary Black, a fund manager, expects Tesla to exceed the consensus forecast of 443,100 deliveries, estimating around 470,000 units. In the first half of 2025, Tesla sold around 721,000 vehicles, a 13% decrease from the same period last year. For the entire year, analysts expect around 1.6 million Tesla sales, about 10% less than in 2024.
Tesla's Q3 2025 delivery numbers will be closely watched by investors and industry observers alike. Despite a challenging start to the year, analysts' revised estimates and predictions of record-breaking quarters suggest that Tesla remains a strong player in the electric vehicle market.
