Here's some juice on that factory business in Romania! The Artemis Group, a savvy Swiss industrial real estate developer, has officially commenced the construction of a swanky EUR 8 million production hub for window and door manufacturing titan Mondo Style.
No need for a password or subscription to get the deets - it's all happening in the Sânandrei industrial park, tucked away in Timiş County.
"We've got the green light for a fresh industrial venture in Sânandrei," beamed Adriana Cioca, president of Artemis. "The factory will be tailor-made for Mondo Style, and we've sewed up a 10-year lease agreement with them."
Snazzy Swiss brains are behind the factory's design. By next year, it'll stretch over 9,500 square meters on the ground, right within the Artemis Industrial Park in Sânanadrei, which spans a hefty 10 hectares. (Picture a big ol' industrial playground!)
