Siemens Tops LinkedIn's Top Companies 2025 in Germany
LinkedIn has released its Top Companies 2025 list for Germany, highlighting the 25 largest firms offering the best career prospects. Siemens reclaims the top spot, with medical and pharmaceutical companies dominating the ranking.
The list is based on LinkedIn's analysis of data from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, derived from over one billion anonymized and aggregated member profiles worldwide. Companies that laid off more than ten percent of their workforce during this period were ineligible. Personnel agencies, educational institutions, and government bodies, along with LinkedIn and Microsoft, were also excluded.
Large companies with over 5,000 global employees and at least 500 in Germany were considered. The ranking reflects these companies' investment in employee training, transparent career advancement, and efforts to address the skilled worker shortage. Consulting firms, in particular, shone on the list, with five featured companies.
The LinkedIn Top Companies 2025 in Germany, ranked from 1 to 25, are led by Siemens. The list underscores the importance of technology, pharma, and consulting sectors for job starters and career changers seeking growth opportunities.
