Get ready for an exhilarating day of horsepower, music, and entertainment as the 10th edition of MotorTrend Presents Roadkill Nights Powered by Dodge takes place on Saturday, August 9, 2025, in downtown Pontiac, Michigan, along Woodward Avenue.
This highly anticipated event, a celebration of muscle car culture, will run from 10 AM to 9 PM ET and promises to deliver a thrilling experience for all automotive enthusiasts.
Key highlights of the day include street-legal drag racing on Woodward Avenue near Pike Street, featuring NHRA stars Matt Hagan and Leah Pruett performing burnouts in 12,000-horsepower Dodge drag cars. For those seeking an adrenaline rush, Dodge Thrill Rides in new, next-generation Dodge Charger muscle cars are also available.
Classic and modern muscle cars, drag racing exhibitions, and burnout showcases will be on display, providing a feast for the eyes. The event will also feature celebrity appearances, including Roadkill’s David Freiburger and Mike Finnegan, and blues rock guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepherd, who will perform the national anthem.
A large vendor and sponsor midway, food trucks, family activities, and a Mopar merchandise tent with live T-shirt printing for the 10th anniversary design will add to the festivities.
In a significant move, Dodge will publicly debut new gas-powered vehicles, including the highly anticipated Dodge Charger SIXPACK, powered by the turbocharged Hurricane engine. This charger showcases impressive performance, boasting a 3.9-second 0-60 mph time and a 12.2-second quarter-mile at 177 mph.
Ram will showcase the Ram 1500 NASCAR concept truck, along with the Raminator Monster Truck and Bucking HEMI Experience, featuring specially built Ram vehicles. The event will also emphasize Dodge’s muscle car legacy and offer a first look at the all-new Dodge Charger Fragrance and other exclusive product reveals such as a LEGO Speed Champions Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat set.
Children 12 and under receive free admission, and employees presenting a Stellantis ID badge at the gate will also receive free admission, along with free admission for up to one guest. Tickets for the general public start at $25, and Pontiac residents with a valid ID can purchase tickets at a discounted rate of $20 at the gate.
