The Sparkassen Financial Group is expanding its team in Bavaria, offering exciting opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions within their Springer team.
With approximately 850 employees and 40 business locations, the company is seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service and financial advisory roles. A driver's license and a vehicle are required for this position, as you will be supporting business locations with personnel shortages in service.
Your role will involve actively advising customers on Sparkasse and partner products and services. You will handle customer questions about account management and daily banking transactions, and you will support the use of self-service technology and digital media. Depending on the requirements, the position can also be designed in part-time.
To be considered for this role, you should have an educational background in finance, banking, or a related field, as well as experience in customer service or financial advisory roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a team and independently. Familiarity with banking products and regulations is also required.
