As a new Customer Success and Account Management Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with high-profile authors and publishers to embed our platform in their success strategies.
Your Duties
- Serve as the go-to contact for new publishers, providing training and immediate post-launch support
- Deliver insights to publishers, ensuring they maximize their platform use for ultimate success
- Introduce VIP customers to useful resources like articles, tutorials, videos, and webinars
- Gather feedback from customers and share it internally for product improvements and better Customer Support practices
- Analyze customer data to help them discover the most beneficial aspects of the platform
- Regularly perform health checks to combat churn
- Introduce automation and processes to minimize voluntary and delinquent churn
- Maintain close communication with the Sales team to effectively manage VIP relationships and upgrades
- Drive upselling and cross-selling via customer progress reviews
- Inform VIP customers about merchandizing or other features
