Published Result of Sanima Life Insurance Initial Public Offering
The much-anticipated Initial Public Offering (IPO) results for Sanima Life Insurance were published on the 14th of August, 2021, at 11 am. The IPO, which took place from the 4th to the 8th of August, was oversubscribed by a significant 6.84 times, indicating a strong demand from investors.
The IPO issued a total of 6 million shares, with 300,000 shares allocated to employees, 300,000 to mutual funds, and the remaining 5,400,000 units to the public. Only 540,000 applicants received shares at the rate of 10 units through round-robin.

The IPO shares have a face value of Rs. 100, and the security type is Common Stock - IPO. The shares allotted to employees and mutual funds make up 10% of the total IPO shares, while the remaining 90% were allocated to the public.
