Orange Jordan & ICON Launch Phase 2 of Startup Growth Acceleration Program in Al-Karak & Aqaba
Orange Jordan and ICON have launched the second phase of the Startup Growth Acceleration Program in Al-Karak and Aqaba. This initiative aims to empower local entrepreneurs and foster the business ecosystem, as part of the 'Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Economic Development and Employment' (E4DE) joint action, implemented by GIZ in cooperation with MoDEE and commissioned by BMZ.
The program seeks to foster startup growth by refining business models, providing advanced training, mentorship, networking, and logistical support. It builds on previous efforts to empower entrepreneurs in the region. Orange Jordan, committed to fostering entrepreneurship, has been instrumental in driving this initiative through its Orange Digital Center programs. The acceleration program will run until the end of December, offering entrepreneurs skill enhancement, capability strengthening, and business advancement opportunities. Mentoring will be provided by experienced local business leaders and industry specialists appointed by the program organizers.
The Startup Growth Acceleration Program in Al-Karak and Aqaba, supported by Orange Jordan and ICON, is set to equip local entrepreneurs with advanced skills and business support, contributing to the region's sustainable economic development and employment growth.
