Oak View Group executive Jessica Koravos takes the helm as CEO at Pophouse.
In a significant move for the music industry, Pophouse Entertainment, a leading global entertainment firm, has announced the appointment of Jessica Koravos as its new CEO, effective from January 2026. Koravos, an executive with a proven track record in driving sustained global growth in entertainment, live production, and music IP ventures, will take over from Per Sundin, who has played a crucial role in shaping Pophouse's strategic direction and building a strong foundation for long-term success. Sundin will continue to be a vital part of the team after Koravos' arrival, assuming a new role within Pophouse.
Koravos' impressive career includes her previous role as president of Oak View Group (OVG) International, where she built a strong international management team with operational hubs in London, Madrid, and Abu Dhabi. Notable projects under her leadership included the development and launch of Co-op Live, a major live event venue set to host the BRIT Awards beginning in 2026.
Prior to joining OVG, Koravos served as president of The Really Useful Group and was a board member of ABBA Voyage, a groundbreaking production associated with Pophouse. Her distinguished career in music IP investment, entertainment, and live production development is marked by leadership roles at several influential companies.
Under her forthcoming leadership, Pophouse aims to significantly expand its portfolio of music IP, artist partnerships, and innovative live experiences globally. The company already holds rights to iconic music catalogs and artist partnerships including KISS, Cyndi Lauper, Avicii, and Swedish House Mafia. Projects in development include the KISS avatar show, reflecting their focus on integrating technology with entertainment.
Industry insiders recognise Koravos as an executive with a proven ability to drive expansion, her expertise in securing international licensing partnerships and developing creative projects aligning with Pophouse's strategic ambitions for global expansion and innovation.
The leadership transition at Pophouse is a pivotal moment in the company's evolution, signifying a new era of growth and innovation in the music IP investment industry. With Koravos at the helm, Pophouse is poised to continue its trajectory of success and push the boundaries of music and technology.
