Northview REIT Welcomes Real Estate Veteran Tracy Sherren to Board
Northview Residential REIT (NRR.UN) has appointed a new member to its Board of Trustees. Ms. Tracy Sherren, a seasoned real estate professional, takes over from Mr. Harry Rosenbaum who is retiring.
Ms. Sherren brings a wealth of experience to her new role. With over three decades in real estate, she has been involved in financings worth over $2 billion. She has held leadership positions in asset management, acquisition due diligence, and real estate development. Currently, she serves as a trustee for asset management at Cardano Holdings Limited and The Cardano Foundation.
Previously, Ms. Sherren has held prominent roles in the industry. She served as President and Chief Financial Officer of True North Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust, and President, Canadian Commercial of Starlight Group Property Holdings Inc.
Ms. Sherren's extensive background in real estate makes her a valuable addition to Northview Residential REIT's board. Her appointment is effective immediately, following Mr. Rosenbaum's retirement.
