NKY Chamber's 8th Annual Symposium: Future-Ready Workplaces
The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce (NKY Chamber) is preparing for its 8th annual Workforce Best Practices Symposium, themed 'Future-Ready Workplaces: Building Talent, Data, and Culture'. The event, scheduled for March 11 at the Kenton County Public Library - Erlanger Branch, aims to assist HR professionals in adapting to modern challenges and transforming talent attraction and retention strategies.
Leading the symposium is Nancy Spivey, vice president of Talent Strategies at the NKY Chamber. She is inviting dynamic, insightful, and engaging presenters who are NKY Chamber members in good standing to share their expertise in topics such as future-ready workplaces, data-driven recruitment and retention, talent development, career pathways, and knowledge transfer. Presenters must be available for two 30-minute roundtable sessions on the event day.
