New CEO appointed at Hello Bello
Let's Hear It for the New Boss at Hello Bello
- Hey there! The CEO of Hello Bello has just change hands. Will Righeimer, who currently heads up Hyland's Naturals, has been tapped to helm the baby brand that was co-founded by the famous duo, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard.
- Righeimer will juggle both roles of CEO for Hyland's Naturals and Hello Bello, according to a company press release. Erica Buxton, the current president of Hello Bello, will be hanging up her hat by March 15th.
- You might be wondering why the change? Well, back in 2020, Hildred Capital Management scooped up Hyland's Naturals and just last month, grabbed hold of Hello Bello out of bankruptcy.
Got the Lowdown:
With a fresh pair of hands in charge, Hello Bello's new owners think the brand is ready for some major growth.
Late last year, the company, known as Unconditional Love Inc., filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. But don't worry, they were using that filing to help facilitate a sale to Hildred Capital Management. The deal was closed in December.
Hello Bello made its debut at Walmart back in 2019, offering a range of plant-based baby products, like diapers, wipes, shampoo, lotion, and diaper rash cream. Now, with Hildred's backing, the brand is prepared for an uptick in sales.
"Since teaming up with Hyland's Naturals in 2021, Will has made quite an impression," said Andrew Goldman, co-founder, and managing partner of Hildred Capital Management. "[Righeimer] has brought about some significant changes to both our culture and operations."
With a history of serving as president and global general manager at Mars, CEO of Quantum Brands, and CEO of Lindora, Righeimer has shown he's got what it takes to lead. As the CEO of Hyland's Naturals, he's overseen their rebrand and expansion into vitamins, minerals, and supplements.
