Nearly 400 people were held administratively responsible for these violations, and four people were injured in these accidents.
The absence of road markings was identified as one of the main factors in these accidents. Zolotarev proposed the establishment of designated zones for electric scooters on roads and the implementation of forced speed limit enforcement.
