The winning team, guided by representatives from the consulting firm "Implementation" and mentored by Maria Belova, the scientific director of the MBA program at MGIMO, and Yevgeniya Popova from "Implementation," presented a comprehensive and economically sound solution.

In line with contemporary industry practices for natural gas producers aiming to grow production and maximize the value of associated raw materials, PJSC "YATEK" has been exploring strategic directions such as expansion of production capacity, commercialization of associated raw materials, integration of digital solutions, and sustainability.

Strategies include increased exploration and development, the adoption of advanced technologies, value-added processing, new market entry, digital case challenge engagement, data-driven decision making, environmental management, and community and stakeholder engagement.
