Mahama Introduces KPIs for Ghana's Heads of Missions to Boost Performance

President Mahama has introduced Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Ghana's Heads of Missions to boost their performance and drive his Reset Vision for Ghana. The 500 KPIs cover securing scholarships, boosting tourist arrivals, maintaining financial regulations, and strengthening Ghana's security interests.

President Mahama highlighted the evolving role of Ghana's missions, now serving as hubs for economic engagement, trade, investment, and innovation. To ensure measurable success, he launched the KPIs.

Among the diplomats backing President Mahama's Reset Vision is Benjamin Kofi Quashie, Ghana's youngest High Commissioner to South Africa. Quashie, a strong supporter of the president's initiatives, has pledged his commitment to the reset of Ghana's diplomacy.
