He further stated that Payen's joining will further strengthen Ogier's position as a leading adviser to businesses in Luxembourg and beyond [7].

In addition to Payen, Ogier has announced a series of promotions across its locations in British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Ireland, Jersey, and Luxembourg, totalling 47 promotions [8]. Among the notable promotions are Carine Boutin, now senior business development manager in Ogier's Luxembourg office, Jeff Pamplin, who has been progressed to head of fund administration for Ogier Global Fund Services, and Mafalda Da Silva Pereira, an accountant in Ogier's Luxembourg Corporate and Fund Services [2][3][9].

Furthermore, Laurianne Vessot and Maddalena Bonamini Leitner have been promoted to senior associates in Ogier's Luxembourg legal services, while Fabiana Popescu and Lucie Steinmetz have been appointed as managing associates in the same department [1][4]. Payen's impressive resume includes authoring the Code des Sociétés Luxembourgeois, and he was also a member of the scientific committee of the Revue Pratique du Droit des Affaires published by Legitech [1]. This addition to Ogier's team is undoubtedly a significant step forward in the firm's mission to provide top-tier legal services to its clients.
