In addition to these duties, the administrative assistant will handle administrative tasks in the personnel administration department for decision-making processes, certificate creation, processing of retirement entries, annual closing activities, personnel controlling, implementing personnel-related projects, digitizing personnel processes, and answering questions about salary accounting. The assistant will also be responsible for submitting notifications to external bodies and will be the contact person for the service provider DSGF.

To be considered for the position, candidates must have good organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and SAP applications, and be open to changes towards a digital working world. Candidates should also be able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion, and have fluency in German, both written and spoken.
