The game-changer behind KORTROS's success? Their flagship project, the "Academic" district. From January to March 2025, a whopping 1,071 parcels amounting to 16,194 sq.m were snapped up in the Academic district's quarters - an impressive share of 10.7% of all city deals during the same period.

The lion's share of KORTROS's Yekaterinburg sales was seen in its crown jewels, the "First Academic" and "Sputnik-1" residential quarters, with an impressive 216 and 122 lots sold respectively.
