Sparkasse Regensburg is offering a part-time or job-sharing position for a Service Control Clerk. This role, based within the Team Service Control, involves supporting in creating risk analyses for service providers in accordance with legal requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational tasks such as managing business operations, handling contracts, and advising departments. They will also provide technical support, including installation, administration, and maintenance of hardware and software components.
Qualifications for this role include a technical or commercial apprenticeship, proficiency in SAP, internet, and MS Office applications, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work with a high degree of structure and accuracy. Candidates with knowledge of the RiMaGo program would be particularly advantageous.
The position requires a good understanding of legal matters to handle relevant topics in the field of responsibility. Pronounced negotiating skills and entrepreneurial thinking and action are also desired qualities.
