Starting January 1st, indigenous minorities in Kamchatka Krai enjoy a 50% discount on state fees for practicing traditional lifestyles and crafts. This includes the Koryaks, Itelmens, Evens, and Chukchi. The discount also extends to military personnel and supporters of special military operations.
The new measure aims to support indigenous communities in preserving their cultural heritage. Representatives will now pay 5,000 rubles for a license, 1,000 rubles for renewal or replacement, and 500 rubles for reissuance. To claim the discount, applicants must prove their indigenous status and involvement in traditional activities on the Gosuslugi portal. This discount is part of a broader effort to promote and protect traditional lifestyles and crafts among Russia's indigenous minorities.
