Highview Merger Corp. receives legal counsel from our law firm regarding their US$200 Million IPO.
White & Case LLP, a global law firm, has announced its role as advisor to Highview Merger Corp. on its initial public offering (IPO) worth $200 million. The offering involved 20 million units, each consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, and is now listed on The Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol HVMCU.
The White & Case team was led by Capital Markets partners Daniel Nussen in Los Angeles and Joel Rubinstein in New York. Joel Rubinstein specializes in Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions, with a focus on Private Capital, while Scott Fryman, also a partner, brings expertise in Tax, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Capital, Technology, Investment Funds to the table.
