Global recruitment of Chief People Officer and Financial Officer positions within Ogilvy.
In a recent announcement, Ogilvy has made two significant appointments, welcoming Jag Dhanji as the new Chief People Officer and Stacey Ryan-Cornelius as the Chief Financial Officer.
Jag Dhanji is taking over from Brian Fetherstonhaugh, who is retiring from his role at Ogilvy. Dhanji will report to Ogilvy's CEO Andy Main and WPP's chief people officer Jacqui Canney.
Dhanji joins Ogilvy with a wealth of experience, having held various HR roles at companies including Costa Coffee, Vodafone, and Diageo. Prior to joining Ogilvy, she was a key member of the team at Geometry, where Stacey Ryan-Cornelius has been appointed as the new CFO.
Rachel Beer, the former Chief People Officer of Ogilvy who was replaced by Dhanji, has not had her future plans disclosed. Similarly, no further information about the reasons for the appointments or the roles of the previous CPO and CFO was provided.
Stacey Ryan-Cornelius has been with Ogilvy for three years, joining the company as the chief talent officer for its EMEA region. She is leaving fellow WPP agency Geometry to take on her new role.
Fetherstonhaugh, on the other hand, plans to work with WPP in an advisory role following his retirement from Ogilvy.
These appointments mark a new chapter for Ogilvy, as they continue to shape their leadership team and drive forward in the advertising industry.
