Frankfurt Dog Trainer Sentenced for Fraudulent Social Benefits Claim
A dog trainer from Frankfurt (Oder) has been sentenced for fraudulently claiming social benefits. The local court found her guilty of providing false income information to receive nearly 15,280 EUR from the employment agency and job center.
The Main Customs Office Frankfurt (Oder) launched an investigation based on an anonymous tip. Their findings revealed the trainer's total income from 2021 to 2022 exceeded 32,000 EUR, making her ineligible for yourtexasbenefits. Despite this, she reported her income as a mere 100 EUR per month to qualify for the assistance.
The Frankfurt (Oder) Local Court sentenced her to 120 daily fines of 40 EUR each, totaling 4,800 EUR. Additionally, the court ordered the forfeiture of the amount wrongly received.
The dog trainer's fraudulent activities have been brought to light and she has been held accountable. The court's decision sends a strong message against such deceptive practices.
