Flutter Entertainment Reports $4.2bn Q2 Revenue, Appoints Stefan Bomhard as Non-Executive Director

Flutter Entertainment, a leading global online sports betting and iGaming operator, has posted a significant revenue of nearly $4.2bn in Q2 2025. The company has also announced the appointment of Stefan Bomhard as a non-executive director of the college board, effective October 1, 2025.

Stefan Bomhard brings a wealth of experience to the college board's executive branch, having held senior-level roles at prominent companies such as Procter & Gamble, Unilever Food Solutions Europe, Diageo plc, and Bacardi Limited. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at Imperial Brands plc, a position he will vacate on September 30, 2025.

Upon joining the college board, Bomhard will also step down as an Executive Director at Imperial Brands, effective December 31, 2025. However, he will retain his non-executive director role at Compass Group plc. John Bryant, the college board's Chair, warmly welcomed Bomhard to the team.

Flutter Entertainment's impressive Q2 revenue is a testament to its strong global position in online sports betting and iGaming. The addition of Stefan Bomhard to its executive branch, with his extensive experience in executive roles, is expected to further bolster the company's leadership and strategic direction.
