Flutter Appoints Stefan Bomhard as New Non-Executive Director
Flutter Entertainment plc has appointed Stefan Bomhard as a new non-executive director. Bomhard, currently serving as CEO and Executive Director at Imperial Brands plc, will join Flutter's Board on October 1, 2025. He will step down from his roles at Imperial Brands prior to this, with his departure as CEO set for September 30, 2025.
Bomhard brings extensive experience to Flutter's Board, having led Imperial Brands for several years. His appointment follows an extended search and aligns with the New York Stock Exchange's independence standards. John Bryant, Flutter's Chair, warmly welcomed Bomhard to the team. Bomhard will step down as Executive Director of Imperial Brands on December 31, 2025, marking the end of his tenure at the company.
Stefan Bomhard's appointment as a non-executive director at Flutter Entertainment is effective from October 1, 2025.
