Headline: Falcon Finance Launches Transparency Dashboard for Enhanced Reserves Visibility

Devoted to maintaining user trust and operational security, Falcon Finance - a forward-thinking synthetic dollar provider - has just rolled out its brand new transparency page! Packed with real-time protocol metrics, the page offers a crystal-clear view of all key elements powering their overcollateralized synthetic dollar called USDf.

Here's what the dashboard includes:

  • Total reserves
  • Protocol backing ratio
  • Reserves with third-party custodians
  • Reserves with centralized exchanges
  • On-chain reserves in liquidity pools
  • On-chain reserves in staking pools

To provide a full overview of the reserves allocation, the dashboard further showcases the distribution of backing assets across third-party custodians, centralized exchanges, liquidity pools, and staking pools.

For corporate reserve safety, Falcon Finance trusts MPC (multi-party computation) wallets provided by Fireblocks and Ceffu to securely store the majority of their reserves in off-exchange settlement accounts. At the same time, trading activities are duplicated on CEXs (centralized exchanges), like Binance and Bybit, significantly minimizing centralized counterparty risks[1].

To bolster strategy and exchange execution, Falcon Finance diverts a limited percentage of assets directly to Binance and Bybit. The bulk, however, remains safely stashed away in Falcon Finance's designated custodian accounts, which adhere to strict risk mitigation and asset integrity standards.

Beyond centralized reserves allocation, Falcon Finance strategically invests its reserves into on-chain liquidity pools and staking pools to capture yield opportunities without compromising security protocols[1].

Another vital feature of the transparency page is the attestation section, where users can effortlessly access Falcon Finance's third-party audit reports and quarterly proof of reserves statements. Current audits include assessments conducted by Zellic (March 2025) and Pashov Audit Group (February 2025)[2]. By maintaining consistent transparency, Falcon Finance will publish updated third-party proof of reserves reports every quarter.

Andrei Grachev, managing partner of Falcon Finance, comments:

"At Falcon Finance, we're steadfast in building reliable systems, even in volatile markets. Our transparency page exemplifies our ongoing commitment to resilience and transparency".

Experiencing rapid growth since launching its closed beta phase, Falcon Finance has already attracted over 200 million dollars in TVL (total value locked). Falcon enables users to mint USDf by depositing a diverse range of supported assets, including stablecoins like USDC and USDT, as well as non-stablecoin assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and TON[3].

The debut of the transparency page signifies an essential step in establishing verifiable assurance that every USDf minted is anchored by collateral of equal or greater value.
