Financial institution DTCC puts Gloria Lio in charge of Enterprise Services.
In a significant move, DTCC (Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation) has appointed Gloria Lio as Managing Director, Head of Enterprise Services. Lio will assume her new role on December 11, 2023, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Lio will lead strategy development for DTCC's Global Business Operations. In this role, she will oversee Client Services, Integration, and Business Architecture, driving forward DTCC's digitization efforts and delivering enhancements to its digitalization strategy and processes.
Lio's appointment places her directly under Frank La Salla, DTCC's President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director. As a member of the DTCC Management Committee, Lio will work closely with La Salla and the rest of the team to help DTCC serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing new and increased value to the industry.
Prior to joining DTCC, Lio served as the Global Head of Custody and Middle Office Operations at BNY Mellon. Before her tenure at BNY Mellon, she spent 20 years at Goldman Sachs, holding various global and regional operational-related leadership roles.
