Eric Sprott Declares Ownership of Stocks from Summa Silver Corporation
In a significant move, renowned investor Eric Sprott has increased his stake in Silver47 Exploration Corp. following a merger with Summa Silver Corp. on August 1, 2025.
Through 2176423 Ontario Ltd., a corporation he benevolently owns, Sprott acquired 10,383,434 common shares of Silver47 Exploration Corp., as part of the transaction where Silver47 acquired all outstanding shares of Summa Silver Corp.
Prior to the arrangement, Sprott owned approximately 15.3% of Summa Silver on a non-diluted basis. After the exchange of Summa Silver shares for Silver47 shares at a ratio of 0.452 Silver47 shares per Summa share, his beneficial ownership in Silver47 now stands at over 10% of the outstanding Silver47 shares.
This latest known percentage reflects his current ownership stake following the merger, as confirmed by reliable sources. Sprott also acquired 1,525,000 Silver47 Share purchase warrants in the same transaction.
Before the Arrangement, Sprott held 5,500,000 Silver47 Exploration shares and 750,000 Silver47 warrants. As a result of the Arrangement, he now beneficially owns 15,883,424 Silver47 Exploration shares and 2,275,000 Silver47 warrants.
