A 51-year-old entrepreneur from Halle (Saale), holding Serbian and Bosnian citizenship, has been sentenced to three years and eight months in prison. The entrepreneur, who is the youngest son of Hermann Bahlsen (1859–1919), confessed to all charges during the trial.

The entrepreneur, who was not the business owner but fully authorized to manage the construction company, committed 33 offenses.
