Entrepreneur Fined for Wage Offences and Social Security Violations

An entrepreneur from Woltersdorf has been penalised by the local court in Frankfurt (Oder) for wage-related offences. The individual was fined for withholding and misappropriating wages, as well as failing to comply with social security regulations.

The entrepreneur, whose identity remains undisclosed, employed three workers on a minor scale. However, these workers were made to clock significantly more hours than permitted for such employment. This led to a total wage withholding of over 4,900 EUR, for which the entrepreneur was fined 1,125 EUR, calculated at 75 daily rates of 15 EUR each.

In addition to this, the entrepreneur failed to pay employee and employer contributions to the social security office. Furthermore, they did not report three other workers to the social security office or reported them incorrectly, further violating labour laws.

The entrepreneur from Woltersdorf has been penalised for their actions, with the fine serving as a reminder of the importance of adhering to labour laws and social security regulations. The case highlights the necessity for employers to respect and uphold the rights of their employees.
