The Hybrid Workplace Program, shaped by employee feedback, has been a resounding success. It consists of a two-day on-site, three-day remote setup, with enhanced on-site facilities. This flexible arrangement has not only increased productivity and efficiency but also boosted the hiring rate by 5%. Lois Dalida, Chief People and Culture Officer, expressed that the recognition motivates EastWest Ageas to further improve its employee-centric culture. This is the company's second consecutive win, following its recognition in the Excellence in Learning and Development category last year.
