M Park Titan: A Modern Retail Destination in Bucharest
In Bucharest, Romania, a new retail project named M Park Titan is taking shape. This modern, functional, and environmentally friendly shopping center is being developed by Square 7, a part of the M Core group.
The 3.2-hectare plot for M Park Titan was acquired in April 2025, and construction began in May of the same year. With over 15 years of experience in Romanian commercial real estate, Square 7, as part of M Core, is focused on developing and managing retail parks. This project is part of a broader retail strategy for the company.
M Core is a property investment and management group with a portfolio of assets exceeding €7 billion across Europe. The group operates in the UK, France, Poland, Romania, Germany, and Spain, and manages over 1,050 assets.
M Park Titan will offer approximately 8,500 square meters of retail space. It is designed to be accessible, functional, and environmentally friendly, aligning with urban consumer needs and green building standards. The development will provide electric vehicle charging stations operated by Eldrive Romania, reinforcing its commitment to ESG (environmental, social, and governance) principles.
The tenant mix includes a variety of well-known brands such as Animax, BeFit Gym, Deichmann, dm drogerie markt, Dr. Max, Esentå Plant, Flanco, JYSK, KFC, Las Vegas Games, Mesopotamia, Pepco, Sinsay, Tedi, and Worldbox. This mix promises a versatile and convenient shopping experience for the surrounding community.
As of July 2025, the project is under construction. The official opening is planned for December 2025. M Park Titan aims to set a new benchmark for proximity retail in Bucharest by creating a new point of reference for everyday life, beyond just a traditional retail space.
