Company exhibits impressive Q1 performance with revenue of Rs. 12,539 million, accompanied by an all-time high order book of Rs. 85,205 million.

In a recent announcement, Skipper Limited, a leading manufacturer of power transmission and distribution structures, has reported significant financial growth in Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025).

The company’s sales increased to INR 12,538.62 million from INR 10,917.44 million in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue rose to INR 12,571.39 million compared to INR 10,951.03 million a year ago. Net income grew to INR 452.55 million from INR 324.22 million in Q1 FY25. Basic and diluted earnings per share from continuing operations both improved to INR 4.01 from INR 3.08 and INR 2.87, respectively, in the prior year quarter[1].

These results indicate strong top-line and bottom-line growth for Skipper Limited in Q1 FY26, reflecting improved operational performance and profitability compared to the previous year. The increase in earnings per share suggests better returns to shareholders, supported by higher sales and revenue in the power transmission and distribution business segment[1].

The closing order book of Skipper Limited as of June -25, 2025, was Rs. 85,205 million, a new record high. In Q1 Fy'26, the company’s EBITDA was Rs. 1,272 million, a 22% increase from Q1 Fy'25. The profit before tax was Rs. 598 million, a 41% increase from Q1 Fy'25. Skipper Limited's profit after tax was Rs. 447 million, also a 41% increase from Q1 Fy'25[1].

The company's growth is not limited to the power transmission and distribution sector. Skipper Limited is also a significant player in the Polymer Pipes & Fittings industry. In addition, a major tower testing and design order approval was secured from the Middle East's largest utility[2].

The strong financial performance is supported by strategic business decisions. A 25% Revenue CAGR growth is expected in the current year. New capacity of 75,000 MTPA is now fully operational. Waste Heat recovery system & Bag filter for better fuel consumption & ESG Goals were installed[3].

Skipper Limited has also made strides in the domestic and international market. Significant large size domestic EPC contracts were secured from PGCIL and international market in Q1 FY'26. Three prestigious 765 kV transmission line projects from PGCIL were secured in the states of Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh[4].
