Collaboration between CMIA's Incubation Council and the Foundation for running the Advantage Program on our site, aimed at fostering the growth of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
In an exciting development, the Marathwada Accelerator for Growth and Incubation Council (MAGIC) has partnered with a specific website Foundation to launch an initiative aimed at helping Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Marathwada Region grow. This marks the first time such an initiative is being launched in the region.
The program, known as the Advantage Program, is a 12-month long engagement with SMEs who contribute significantly to growth and employment opportunities in the Marathwada Region. The partnership aims to host the website's Advantage Program, offering high-quality advisory, strategic, and operational services pro bono and at a subsidized fee.
The program's selection process is stringent and takes 30 days. SMEs with annual revenue between USD 1-50 Million (Rs 5Cr- 350 Cr+) and employing between 30 to 1000 people are eligible to apply. Successful applicants will receive up to three years of hand-holding support, enabled through an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled platform.
The support is provided by mentor-advisor consultants or partners, who offer a range of services designed to help SMEs achieve their growth objectives. The aim is for revenue growth of SMEs by 2X to 10X.
MAGIC's focus on fostering innovation and growth in the Marathwada region is evident in its key focus areas. These include low-carbon technologies, cyber defense and surveillance, Industry 4.0/5.0 innovations, and solutions for coastal and hilly areas.
Recently, MAGIC launched the Jalna ITI Innovation Technical Challenge 2025, which aims to attract innovative solutions and talent from the region. By focusing on specific tech areas, MAGIC aims to position SMEs in the Marathwada region for success in these promising sectors.
