The extended warranty program offers coverage of up to 10 years or 200,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, for manufacturing defects across all Audi models. Customers can opt for one- or two-year warranty extensions at the time of purchase or before their existing warranty expires.
Alongside the extended warranty, Audi provides a comprehensive 15-year RSA program with 24/7 support. The RSA package includes services such as towing, jump starts, fuel delivery, tyre replacement, lockout assistance, and spare key delivery. For breakdowns requiring repairs over 72 hours and occurring more than 100 km from home, Audi offers additional support such as hotel accommodation.
The RSA package is available to both new buyers and existing Audi owners, with eligibility based on the vehicle's age and current warranty status. The price of the RSA package ranges from ₹3,999 to ₹8,000, depending on the vehicle's age and the coverage duration selected by the customer.
Digital enhancements are also part of the RSA program. Customers can embed service requests via a WhatsApp conversation, receive email communications from the nearest dealership, and get follow-up notifications every 30 minutes until the issue is resolved.
