Meeting Decides on New Bus Stop Location for Star Microdistrict in Yakutsk City
In an effort to improve public transportation access within the Star Microdistrict of Yakutsk, a meeting was held yesterday involving several key organizations. A new bus stop is set to be established, aiming to boost connectivity and provide smoother commuting for residents.
The Location Decision
Following the inspection of several potential locations, it was decided that bus stops for routes 1 and 14 would be positioned at the entrance of sector "C" from sector "A." This decision, however, is complicated by the fact that the roads surrounding sector "C" are in an earthen state due to ongoing construction.
Task Assignments
- MUP YAPAK and "Soyuz Avto" Representatives: They are prepared to arrange bus transportation to the new stop at any time.
- MUK "Glavstroy": This organization has been tasked with arranging lighting for the platform.
Project Timeline
The first buses are scheduled to run to sector "C" on November 15. As a reminder, the master plan for the Star Microdistrict calls for the gradual addition of five more bus stops in sector "C" over time.
