Building projects in Schöneberger Rembrandt Street, covering both homes and businesses
New Development: "Studio Living Berlin B.3" to Open Next Year
A new development project, named "Studio Living Berlin B.3," is set to be completed next year at Schönberger Rembrandtstraße, adjacent to the city motorway A100. The project, being developed by PROJECT Immobilien Wohnen und Gewerbe GmbH, will consist of 47 micro-apartments ranging from 21 to 41 square meters.
The seven-floor building will feature a curved part oriented towards Vorarlberger Damm, which has already been completed. Work is currently ongoing on the second building part, through which a new inner courtyard will be created. This inner courtyard will be greened and made available to future tenants.
Each apartment will come equipped with a built-in kitchen and a balcony. The target group for the apartments are seniors, students, and young professionals. The project will also create five commercial units, to be completed by 2024.
Potential tenants for the commercial units include medical practices, beauty studios, physiotherapists, or law firms. The commercial units will range in size from 40 to just under 200 square meters.
One of the key features of the project is its location, which promises a quiet living environment for the future residents. The building is designed to minimise traffic noise, ensuring a peaceful living experience.
The commercial units at Rembrandtstraße 20-21 are part of the "Studio Living Berlin B.3" project. The project, while not specifying the responsible company for the residential and commercial building, promises to provide a modern and convenient living space in the heart of the city.
