Bosch Romania Welcomes New Leader: Dan Lăzărescu Succeeds Mihai Boldijar
Bosch Romania has a new leader. Dan Lăzărescu has taken over as General Manager of Robert Bosch S.R.L. and representative of the Bosch cast in Romania. He succeeds Mihai Boldijar, who retires after a 30-year career with Bosch, including a decade at the helm in Romania. The change took effect on October 1. Before Lăzărescu, Anca Văduva held the position. Lăzărescu brings a wealth of experience to the role. He has worked for Bosch for 17 years, most recently serving as the company's CFO. Boldijar, meanwhile, leaves a significant legacy. He joined Bosch in 1992 and rose through the ranks to become the company's head in Romania in 2012. Under his leadership, Bosch Romania grew significantly, expanding its operations and workforce. Dan Lăzărescu's appointment as General Manager of Robert Bosch S.R.L. and representative of the Bosch cast in Romania marks a new chapter for the company. He takes over from Mihai Boldijar, who leaves behind a strong foundation after three decades of service. Lăzărescu's extensive experience within Bosch positions him well to lead the company forward.
