Bank of America Appoints Christine Williams as President of Myrtle Beach Market
Christine Williams has been appointed as the president of Bank of America's Myrtle Beach market, effective from August 6, 2025. In her new role, Williams will lead the integration across the bank’s eight lines of business, connecting clients, teammates, and communities to leverage the full power of the Bank of America franchise.
Williams joined Bank of America in 1993 as part of its financial center management training program. Over the years, she has held various roles within the bank, including Consumer market executive, Private Bank client advisor, third party/vendor management, and business support. Her dedication and commitment to the bank and its clients have been recognised, with Brian Moynihan, Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of America, stating that Williams has established deep relationships with teammates, clients, and the community to drive responsible growth.
In her new role, Williams will oversee the company's efforts to grow market share in Myrtle Beach. She will foster local connections and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships. Williams is also passionate about engaging with teammates and the community, and she has been actively involved in community service, volunteering with the Grand Strand Humane Society and Help 4 Kids / Backpack Buddies.
Brian Moynihan also stated that Williams is well positioned to continue to grow Bank of America's market share in Myrtle Beach. He further stated that Williams will deliver the full breadth of Bank of America's capabilities to help local clients improve their financial lives in Myrtle Beach.
