  • Honda City's discounts up to ₹1.07 lakh remain competitive among midsize sedans, generally exceeding offers on Hyundai Verna, Skoda Slavia, and Volkswagen Virtus.
  • Honda Amaze's discounts up to about ₹97,200 are competitive within the compact sedan category, comparable or slightly better than discounts on the Maruti Dzire, which tend to be more modest.
  • Honda offers additional perks like extended warranties and freebies such as 360-degree cameras on certain trims, increasing the overall value proposition.

These August 2025 offers make Honda's lineup attractive deals compared to rivals, especially for buyers prioritizing maximum immediate savings and added features. Honda is also promoting EMI options that begin at ₹999 per lakh for the Amaze. The Amaze competes in the segment alongside the Maruti Suzuki Dzire. The latest Honda Amaze does not have direct cash discounts but offers corporate benefits and exclusive loyalty bonuses for existing Honda owners.

The Honda City, Elevate, and Amaze models all have substantial discounts available for August 2025, impacting multiple sectors such as the automotive industry and consumer finance. The Honda Elevate SUV has the highest discount of up to ₹1.22 lakh, rivaling the lifestyle choices of those seeking significant savings in personal transportation. In comparison, other models like the Hyundai Verna, Skoda Slavia, and Volkswagen Virtus typically offer lower maximum discounts during this period. This could signal a shift in the finance sector's approach towards discounting for automotive brands, as Honda firmly establishes itself as a compelling choice in the Indian market.
