Arvind Fashions Appoints Amisha Jain as New CEO

Arvind Fashions Limited (AFL) has appointed Amisha Jain as its new managing director and chief executive officer, effective September 30, 2025. Jain succeeds Shailesh Chaturvedi, who stepped down from the role.

Jain brings a wealth of experience to AFL, having held senior leadership positions at prominent fashion and retail companies. She previously served at Levi Strauss & Co., Zivame, and Nike India, and had a previous stint at Arvind. Her appointment is expected to align with AFL's strategic focus on operational excellence, brand equity, and digital transformation.

Chaturvedi, under whose leadership AFL successfully navigated significant transformation and brand consolidation, will be stepping down. The leadership transition was part of a planned succession strategy approved by AFL's board of directors. Jain joined AFL on August 13, 2025, bringing her extensive leadership qualities from the retail, fashion, and consumer sectors.

Amisha Jain's appointment as the new managing director and CEO of AFL comes at a time when the company is looking to strengthen its operational excellence and digital transformation. With her proven track record in the fashion and retail sectors, Jain is expected to drive AFL's portfolio of brands, including U.S. Polo Assn., Arrow, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Flying Machine, towards sustainable profitability.
