Sparkasse Karlsruhe, one of the largest and oldest independent financial service institutions in its region, is seeking a talented and motivated junior employee for a position in the credit analysis department. The advertised position is for a junior employee who will work in a team of 16 credit analysts. The successful candidate should have a bank clerk qualification or a similar qualification and a strong interest in handling numbers and the economic circumstances of customers. First knowledge of credit analysis is an advantage but not a requirement.

The main tasks of the junior credit analyst include supporting in creating second opinions, assessing the risk level of new and existing customers, analyzing and evaluating economic circumstances, and checking compliance with certain regulations.

The onboarding program for the junior credit analyst includes further training as a bank business administrator and bank operations economist, as well as participation in specific seminars. Practical onboarding is also part of the program to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

The job offers a 39-hour week for full-time employment, with flexible working time arrangements available, without weekend work and late shifts. The annual gross salary ranges from 47,300 € to 57,300 € (TVöD-S 8), depending on experience and qualifications, with approximately 14 monthly salaries including the maximum amount of capital-forming benefits. Sparkasse Karlsruhe also offers a company pension scheme, company health insurance, and a 50% subsidy for the job ticket.
