Approval Granted for Denbury Homes' Proposed Developments

National property consultancy Lanpro, in collaboration with IDP Landscaping Ltd, David Wytchard Urban Design, and Ingent, has secured reserved matters approval for 174 new homes on behalf of East Anglia housebuilder Denbury Homes. This approval marks the beginning of the delivery phase for the St Edmunds Gate development, scheduled for completion in early 2025.

The first phase of new homes will be built, following West Suffolk Council's approval of the spine road and associated infrastructure in September 2023.
