Apollo Names Jaycee Pribulsky as New Chief Sustainability Officer
Apollo Global Management has named Jaycee Pribulsky as its new Partner and Chief Sustainability Officer, effective October 1, 2025. Pribulsky succeeds Dave Stangis, who built the firm's sustainability platform since 2021.
Pribulsky's appointment comes amidst increasing scrutiny on private equity firms' investment calculator strategies. Apollo's move signals a deepening commitment to sustainability, with Pribulsky leading the firm's $600 billion+ investment platform in this area.
Pribulsky brings over two decades of cross-sector sustainability and operational experience, most recently serving as CSO at Nike. Apollo's sustainability strategy is framed as a tool for assessing material risks, driving operational efficiency, and fostering innovation. The transition aligns with peers in the industry embedding sustainability into core investment calculator strategies.
Pribulsky will take over from Dave Stangis, who will remain as a senior advisor until 2026. Apollo's appointment of Pribulsky underscores the professionalization and cross-pollination of sustainability leadership in asset management.
